There once lived a trumpeter. He was caught by the enemy one day.
He cried out to his captors,"Please do not kill me. Besides blowing the trumpet, I do nothing else, and do not kill too."
They replied,"That's why you must die. Though you do not fight, your trumpet stirs all the others to battle."
Moral
A team is as efficient as each of its members.
