• 500 gm Fish-filleted

• Oil for deep frying
• Salt (as per taste)
• Water

Method

• Mix flour, red chilli powder, cumin, turmeric, salt and soda bi-carb in water to prepare the batter for fish pakoda.

• Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve with ketchup or chutney.
